我是由三位世界主導的教練親身培訓, 有超過15 年管理經驗的合資格會計師 (CPA)。我在香港出生, 現居澳洲, 精通廣東話/中文和英語。

我服務的對象是力求創新和更上一層樓的專業和創業人仕。我為我的客戶提供保密而且安全的談話空間, 使他們充滿精力, 作出英明決斷, 全心全力地向理想進發。

我愛跟客戶携手探險, 探索他們的內在潛能。作為一個成功教練, 我的客戶就像未經打磨的寶石, 「教練會談」觸發他們的潛能, 好叫他們满載而歸。我激勵我的客戶, 叫他們振奮精神, 夢想成真。

我持有澳洲行政人員教練學院 (Institute of Executive Coaching Australia) 頒發的證書, 是Coach U的畢業生和校友, 亞太專業教練聯盟(APAC) 的名譽財長, 國際教練聯盟(ICF) 和香港國際專業教練協會(HKICC)的成員。

我婚姻愉快, 跟可愛的丈夫和兩隻人見人愛的貓咪, 過著理想的生活。

我愛護動物。 我會將部份的收入, 捐贈给澳洲World Wild Fund 和 香港南丫動物愛護中心。
